Gorilla Vans Ltd is a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and finance products which may assist with your vehicle purchase.

We are not an independent financial adviser and do not provide independent financial advice. We will provide relevant information about suitable products based on the information you give us, helping you make an informed decision.

In some circumstances, we may use the services of another credit broker. We will tell you when this applies.

Products can include Hire Purchase and Finance Lease.

We do not normally charge you a fee for introducing you to a finance provider.

You will receive a quotation explaining the cost of your selected product and any relevant interest, charges or fees.

Before entering into an agreement, you can expect clear information about the vehicle price and proposed finance arrangement. Where applicable, this will include details of interest charges, deposits, monthly payments, final payments and total amount payable.

You will also receive, or be told when you will receive, relevant agreement documents and pre-contract information supplied by the finance provider.

You should not encounter unreasonable barriers when exercising statutory rights that apply to your finance agreement.

Any complaint you make will be handled fairly, professionally and within the applicable regulatory rules and timescales.
