Privacy
Cookie Policy
Cookies and similar technologies can help a website work, remember choices and measure performance. This page explains how we use them and the choices available to you.
What we mean by cookies
The rules apply not only to traditional browser cookies but also to similar storage and access technologies such as local storage, pixels, scripts, tags and comparable tools that store information on or access information from your device.
Types we may use
- Strictly necessary technologies used for core website functions, security, forms and remembering essential choices.
- Preference or functionality technologies that remember optional settings.
- Analytics or performance technologies used to understand how the site is used and improve it.
- Advertising or tracking technologies, where used, to measure or personalise marketing.
Consent
Where consent is legally required, non-essential cookies or similar technologies should not be set before you have made a clear choice. Continuing to browse by itself is not treated as consent. You should be able to reject non-essential technologies as easily as accepting them and change your choice later.
Enquiry attribution
If you accept optional measurement, we remember how you first reached our website and your latest campaign or referral visit for up to 90 days. This can include advertising click IDs, campaign details, landing pages and referrers. When you submit an enquiry, these details accompany it in our customer management system so we can understand which marketing generated the enquiry. Your name, email and telephone are not stored in this browser attribution record.
Third-party services
Some services used on our website may be provided by third parties, for example analytics, embedded media, mapping, advertising or communications providers. Where those services set non-essential storage or tracking technologies, they are subject to the consent choices presented on the site.
Managing your choices
You can use the website cookie controls where available and can also manage cookies through your browser. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly.
This policy reflects current UK requirements under PECR, UK GDPR and the ICO’s 2026 guidance on storage and access technologies.
