Finance Commission Disclosure Statement

We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and finance products. If finance is arranged, the lender may pay Gorilla Vans a commission, fee or other remuneration. We do not charge customers a separate brokerage fee for our standard finance-introduction service.

Commission arrangements can differ between lenders and may be a fixed amount or calculated by reference to the amount financed or another agreed basis. We do not operate discretionary commission arrangements that allow us to set or negotiate your interest rate in order to increase our commission.

Where the existence or amount of commission could affect our impartiality or have a material impact on your decision, we will prominently disclose the existence and nature of the commission in good time before you enter the agreement and explain how it may affect the amounts you pay.

If you ask, we will disclose the amount of commission or, where the precise amount is not yet known, the likely amount, in good time before a regulated credit or consumer-hire agreement is entered into.

Motor-finance commission disclosure has received significant regulatory and court attention since the original Wix page was written. Following the Supreme Court decision in 2025, the FCA has reiterated that firms must comply with CONC commission-disclosure rules and the Consumer Duty. This page reflects that current position.
